Me moldo como outra coisa. 

Me cubro, mas não sei como se vê de fora.

Não fico estática.

É impossível.

Meus pés.

Meus joelhos.

Não resisto e tenho que olhar.

Minhas mãos.

Meu cabelo.

Ainda sou eu mesma. 

Ainda sou.

A gesture begs the question: How capable are we of protecting ourselves from that which haunts us? Any possible armor is still fragile in the face of ubiquotuous anguish. The attempt to protect oneself can be enacted only through symbolic means, creating a poetic mantle that will inevitably deteriorate.
